Zur Verarbeitung von Voice Mail über den Exchange Connector ist wie folgt in englischer Sprache beschrieben (von Douglas Gorman):
1. Create a distribution list that sends to
1)the workflow account for the Exchange Connector and
2)a back-up account that acts as a failsafe email repository in the event of an issue with the connector or Service Manager.
2. Create a distribution list that sends email to
1)an account that forwards to the SMTP relay we set up to use the out-of-the-box Service Manager email processing and
2)the failsafe email repository account
Enable both the Exchange connector AND the out-of-the-box email processing and you'll get incidents from emails created by the connector and incidents from voice mails and missed calls from the SMTP relay.
