When Orchestrator Runbooks are not visible in Orchestrator Webconsole or Service Manager you just should check some basics:
- Is the Runbook in a (sub-) folder from the Sync-Folder of the SCO-Connector for Service Manager and the Sync was successful.
- Are there special permissions set in the (sub-) folder containing the Runbooks?
If all is checked you can clear a table in the Orchestrator Database using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
Connect to the Orchestrator Database using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and execute this statement:
TRUNCATE TABLE [Microsoft.SystemCenter.Orchestrator.Internal].AuthorizationCache
